In our professional relationship, you entrust personal information with us. In observance with the EU GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations), we promise to ; keep your information secure, not share it with anyone without your permission, allow you to access your information at any time and to correct it if appropriate, to delete it after a suitable time and to inform you of any significant breaches.
For bookings we may need to collect, your name, telephone, address and email. This information is kept in secure, password driven software.
During a consultation, we may need to ask further questions regarding your personal and professional interest, health conditions and general well being - this information is not kept online, used for marketing purposes or disclosed to anyone. This information is kept in a secure environment, under lock and key. This is in accordance with the GDPR. We only collect data from you that is relevant to your treatment.
We may need to contact you via email, telephone or mail about a booking in response to an enquiry via our website or facebook page.
You may request to see, amend or have your data deleted at anytime.
We will endeavour to look after your personal data as if it were our own.
